Marco Roca, Sr.
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
With a distinguished career spanning four decades, Marco Roca, Sr. stands at the forefront of global real estate development. His expertise has been pivotal in shaping over $50 billion worth of projects, including 1,500+ hotels, casinos, and branded residences. As the visionary founder of Reveille Hospitality, Marco brings a rich tapestry of experience from leading roles in major organizations. At Caesars Entertainment, as President of Global Development and Chief Development Officer, he expanded the brand’s global presence and spearheaded the launch of Caesars Republic. His tenure at Caesars was marked by significant deals and the effective utilization of vast land resources. Before Caesars, Marco’s role as Chief Development Officer at Hard Rock International saw him bolster the brand’s global standing with 36 new deals and the innovative creation of Reverb by Hard Rock. His strategic thinking and leadership have also enhanced brands like Realogy, Wyndham, Starwood, U.S. Franchise Systems, Marriott, Forte Hotels, and Hilton, contributing to the creation of iconic brands like Holiday Inn Express, Microtel, Aloft, and Wyndham Garden.
Marco’s multilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese complements his impressive educational background, with a B.S. in Industrial Psychology from the University of The Americas, Mexico, and a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Development from the United States International University, Mexico City.

Marco Roca, Jr. (MJ)

MJ is a fourth-generation, bilingual hotel executive with a global perspective. Marco is a citizen of the United States, Mexico, and France, he has traveled to all seven continents, and he has business experience on five of them. Marco previously worked with Trust Hospitality, where he was most recently Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Strategy. At Trust Marco was promoted twice in three years and focused on executing hotel management contracts while also leading the firm’s investment and corporate strategy teams. Marco previously worked as a hotel valuation consultant with Horwath HTL and on Wall Street as an analyst with J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate and Lodging investment banking group.
Marco serves as a board member for the Latino Hotel Association and is Chair of Urban Land Institute’s Florida and Caribbean Hospitality and Recreational Development Council. He has been awarded Hotel Management’s 30 Under 30 award and has been published in the same magazine on several occasions. Marco has been a featured speaker at several conferences including as the keynote speaker on hotel feasibility/investing at Latino Hotel Association Conference 2019 and as a panelist at MexHIC, GRI Latin America, NABHOOD, and Makers Entrepreneurship Forum. In his educational years, Marco graduated the University of Georgia’s Honors Program with a degree in International Political Economy, where he earned a 3.9 GPA, was elected President of the Honors Program Student Council, was Editor-in-Chief of Georgia Political Review and was elected President of Blue Key Honor Society.

Tom Riley
SVP, Development
With more than 30 years of experience, Tom Riley has been instrumental in over $5 billion worth of hotel projects throughout the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America.
Tom’s extensive career includes experience with some of the world’s leading hotel brands – including Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, and Banyan Tree Hotels. Tom also has worked with some of the leading 3rd party hotel management companies, including Crestline Hotels, Marcus Hotels, HVMG, and Remington Hotels.
Tom’s unique experience and insights in operations, finance, acquisitions, and development has allowed him to stay on the cutting edge of the hospitality, and his deep industry relationships and innovative approach to development has helped to create some of the most iconic hotels and resorts in the Americas.
Tom earned his Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University, and his MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He is currently a board member and Past President and Past Chairman of the Penn State Hotel and Restaurant Society, and has served on the Board of Directors for the HCAT Institute, and Jubilee Support Alliance.
