Marco Roca, Sr.

With a distinguished career spanning four decades, Marco Roca, Sr. stands at the forefront of global real estate development. His expertise has been pivotal in shaping over $50 billion worth of projects, including 1,500+ hotels, casinos, and branded residences. As the visionary founder of Reveille Hospitality, Marco brings a rich tapestry of experience from leading roles in major organizations. At Caesars Entertainment, as President of Global Development and Chief Development Officer, he expanded the brand’s global presence and spearheaded the launch of Caesars Republic. His tenure at Caesars was marked by significant deals and the effective utilization of vast land resources. Before Caesars, Marco’s role as Chief Development Officer at Hard Rock International saw him bolster the brand’s global standing with 36 new deals and the innovative creation of Reverb by Hard Rock. His strategic thinking and leadership have also enhanced brands like Realogy, Wyndham, Starwood, U.S. Franchise Systems, Marriott, Forte Hotels, and Hilton, contributing to the creation of iconic brands like Holiday Inn Express, Microtel, Aloft, and Wyndham Garden.

Marco’s multilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese complements his impressive educational background, with a B.S. in Industrial Psychology from the University of The Americas, Mexico, and a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Development from the United States International University, Mexico City.

Marco Roca, Jr. (MJ)

Marco Roca, Jr., better known as MJ, is a trailblazer in the hospitality industry, stemming from a fourth-generation hotelier legacy. A global citizen with roots in the United States, Mexico, and France, MJ’s rich international exposure spans all seven continents, with business ventures across five. His tenure at Trust Hospitality as Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Strategy saw him rapidly climb the ranks, spearheading hotel management contracts and leading investment and strategy teams. MJ’s analytical prowess was honed on Wall Street with J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate and Lodging investment banking group and as a hotel valuation consultant with Horwath HTL.

A respected figure in the industry, MJ serves on the board of the Latino Hotel Association and chairs the Urban Land Institute’s Florida and Caribbean Hospitality and Recreational Development Council. Recognized as one of Hotel Management’s ’30 Under 30′, MJ is a sought-after voice in the field, featuring in publications and as a speaker at numerous prestigious conferences. Academically, he excelled at the University of Georgia’s Honors Program in International Political Economy, achieving a stellar 3.9 GPA, leading the Honors Program Student Council as President, and holding the title of Editor-in-Chief for the Georgia Political Review.

Tom Riley

With more than 30 years of experience, Tom Riley has been instrumental in over $5 billion worth of hotel projects throughout the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America.

Tom’s extensive career includes experience with some of the world’s leading hotel brands – including Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, and Banyan Tree Hotels. Tom also has worked with some of the leading 3rd party hotel management companies, including Crestline Hotels, Marcus Hotels, HVMG, and Remington Hotels.

Tom’s unique experience and insights in operations, finance, acquisitions, and development has allowed him to stay on the cutting edge of the hospitality, and his deep industry relationships and innovative approach to development has helped to create some of the most iconic hotels and resorts in the Americas.

Tom earned his Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University, and his MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He is currently a board member and Past President and Past Chairman of the Penn State Hotel and Restaurant Society, and has served on the Board of Directors for the HCAT Institute, and Jubilee Support Alliance.

Louisa started her career in marketing, advertising & PR shortly after graduating from New York University where she studied Sports Management. Her clients include Nobu Hotels, Tao Group, Mila Group & more.

Louisa has published clients in outlets including The New York Times, The New York Post, Forbes USA, Harpers Bazaar USA, The Daily Mail, Business Insider, E! News, The BBC, CNBC and more.

In addition to marketing, advertising & PR, Louisa was a national level swimmer and international level cross-country runner. She has run the New York Marathon twice in 3 hours 23 minutes. She has also served as a judge at several beauty pageants including Miss New York, Miss Manhattan and Miss Connecticut USA. Louisa has personally been featured in outlets including The New York Times, Forbes, The Daily Mail, The BBC, The Telegraph, The Times, Business Insider, The NY Post and more.
